Every engagement starts with a confidential briefing and a plainly stated view on whether independent counsel would change the outcome. If it would, the decision is defined in writing, the work is scoped against it and the position is delivered in a form the board can act on.
We do not place capital, take success fees or assume executive authority. That independence is the product.
